The End is Nigh

It’s hard to face the truth, but A Klingon Christmas Carol can’t go on forever.  Sunday at 7:30 p.m. will be the final time you can catch the show this year.  And while that last statement may be cause for sadness, the evening itself will be cause for celebration.

For one last time we’ll be joined by Il Troubadore and Deserae before the show.  As the Klingon proverb goes: ta’mey Dun, bommey Dun (Great deeds, great songs!).  Come a bit early to see Klingon belly dancing and hear special songs of the empire!  And while you’re at it, grab a copy of Il Troubadore’s Klingon album and get it autographed by the band.

There will be much honor on the 30th of December at the Raven Theatre (6157 North Clark St, Chicago, IL 60660).

There is a limited number of tickets left for the final show.  So, please get your tickets today.

Over 1000 people have seen A Klingon Christmas Carol this year.  We are lucky to share our art with so many.  And we want to keep sharing it with as many as possible.  Don’t miss your chance.

Commedia Beauregard is a non-profit theatre company that produces theatre in Chicago and Minneapolis/Saint Paul. The company is dedicated to producing theatre in translation. This often means works form one language into another. However, the company does explore what it means to translate, as well. Commedia Beauregard has been making theatre since 1999. It relocated its permanent base of operations to Chicago in 2011.
