My First Klingon Christmas

Now that we have multiple performances under our belt we can begin to work towards playing with and tweaking what we have. There is always fine tuning to be done and new things to discover....

It's the final countdown. We open in just a few days. In a way, it's hard to believe. Time has passed so fast! It seems like just yesterday we were sitting down and reading through the script in English and trying to grok what it would be like to perform in Klingon and as a Klingon. Yet now we're here diving bat'leth first into tech week and we are so ready....

Participating in A Klingon Christmas Carol has been a world of firsts: performing in a foreign language, speaking a foreign language with science-fiction origins, first time in a show with extensive stage combat... each of which has brought new and exciting challenges. After attending WindyCon 39 this weekend, I have a huge number of firsts to add to that list....
